Vibrant colours on street corners
Signs, billboards and traffic lights
Lighting up the city skyline

Not too far away, on the horizon
A sunset glows amongst the skyline
Changing colours as the sun goes down

Food and drink is eaten
Bright lights show the colours of the dish
And neon lights guide people to restaurants

And as we head home
Colours of public transport light our way
City lights and colours grow dimmer

But when we are home
Our cushions, rugs and even lights
Fill our life with colours
